Great place in Punta Mita with access to a diverse variety of activities within the complex.

Very clean, big condo with big kitchen, en suite baths, laundry and very nice pool area with easy access to... read more all the beach clubs via golf cart. Definitely worth the money considering other condos in the complex go for hundreds of dollars more. Maura was very responsive as was concierge Eduardo. You can set up golf cart and airport transportation through Mara/Eduardo at no additional cost.
I would give it 5 stars except for 2 small things: the condo is very near a stop sign/speedbump on PMita’s “worker/employee” road. You can’t see the cars/trucks and it’s no issue during the day, but we did hear the cars/trucks in the morning starting early. Woke 2 of us up, but white noise on phone helped a lot.
2nd small point: the “bunk room” is tiny, best for little kids up to early teens.
Overa, very nice stay in the condo and wonderful experience at Punta Mita. Definitely will be back.

Maura Lizbeth was easy to communicate with from start of the booking until the end! It is a great place for vacations for individuals of all ages. Great restaurants were in Punta Mita or a short walk off property. I'm ready to book again!

He helped... read more us with our various transportation needs as and arranged for the groceries we ordered to be unpacked and ready to go so when we arrived, everything was perfect. Cold beer and water waiting in the refrigerator! We can’t say enough good things about Eduardo ! The condo was centrally located and came with membership passes to four beautiful beach and surf clubs within the Punta Mita gates. We also appreciated the use of the condo’s two surfboards! A tiny amount of traffic could be heard in the morning but nothing that would be considered bothersome. We will definitely visit again!
