It was a really great stay and the condo is perfect. Eduardo who was our concierge is so lovely and attentive — communication was exceptional and helped us sigh everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

  Great value for a condo inside gates of Punta Mita. Very clean, big condo with big kitchen, en suite baths, laundry and very nice pool area with easy access to... read more all the beach clubs via golf cart. Definitely worth the money considering other condos in the complex go for hundreds of dollars more. Maura was very responsive as was concierge Eduardo. You can set up golf cart and airport transportation through Mara/Eduardo at no additional cost.
I would give it 5 stars except for 2 small things: the condo is very near a stop sign/speedbump on PMita’s “worker/employee” road. You can’t see the cars/trucks and it’s no issue during the day, but we did hear the cars/trucks in the morning starting early. Woke 2 of us up, but white noise on phone helped a lot.
2nd small point: the “bunk room” is tiny, best for little kids up to early teens.
Overa, very nice stay in the condo and wonderful experience at Punta Mita. Definitely will be back.

He took care of so many... read more things for us and there wasn’t anything he couldn’t make happen. Reservations , recommendations and just general friendly help, he took care of it all. It really made the difference in our stay. And Maura Lizbeth was friendly and flexible when we needed to make some changes to our trip, which we appreciated. Great stay, great location!

Unit is very clean and nice, just like photos. The service road can be a little noisy in the weekday mornings but otherwise pretty quiet. We loved our stay in Punta Mita as always!
