Unit is very clean and nice, just like photos. The service road can be a little noisy in the weekday mornings but otherwise pretty quiet. We loved our stay in Punta Mita as always!

  Great value for a condo inside gates of Punta Mita. Very clean, big condo with big kitchen, en suite baths, laundry and very nice pool area with easy access to... read more all the beach clubs via golf cart. Definitely worth the money considering other condos in the complex go for hundreds of dollars more. Maura was very responsive as was concierge Eduardo. You can set up golf cart and airport transportation through Mara/Eduardo at no additional cost.
I would give it 5 stars except for 2 small things: the condo is very near a stop sign/speedbump on PMita’s “worker/employee” road. You can’t see the cars/trucks and it’s no issue during the day, but we did hear the cars/trucks in the morning starting early. Woke 2 of us up, but white noise on phone helped a lot.
2nd small point: the “bunk room” is tiny, best for little kids up to early teens.
Overa, very nice stay in the condo and wonderful experience at Punta Mita. Definitely will be back.

First... read more floor location makes it easy to access the back yard for family. We also enjoyed the bikes that are provided as part of this condo community. We rented golf cart to and had delivered by Mitacarts - which made getting around the gate community easy. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff made sure our condo was kept extremely clean throughout our stay. We had a couple small issues that required maintenance, however they were solved quickly by on-site maintenance staff. We'll continue to come back to Punta Mita year after year and enjoyed our stay at this property.
