It is... read more at the more "value" end of the spectrum of units in the resort, and thus does not have a view (but pleasant terrace fronting some trees) but is very comfortable and well kitted out. They unit also benefits from the premier resort card which gets you into all the beach clubs and facilities which is critical for a great trip.
Make sure you get a golf cart or other transportation when you are in Punta Mita, and you will need to book this often as long in advance as the unit so do it right away.
Finally the concierge is a great help and did an amazing job at getting everything set up for us .

First... read more floor location makes it easy to access the back yard for family. We also enjoyed the bikes that are provided as part of this condo community. We rented golf cart to and had delivered by Mitacarts - which made getting around the gate community easy. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff made sure our condo was kept extremely clean throughout our stay. We had a couple small issues that required maintenance, however they were solved quickly by on-site maintenance staff. We'll continue to come back to Punta Mita year after year and enjoyed our stay at this property.

No ocean views but for us, it was fine because we weren't in the condo all that much. We used our truck instead of a golf cart which worked just fine, although a golf cart is more fun!. We loved the beach clubs and easy access to surf spots. The beach club perks are why we picked this place. Amazing but pricey restaurants all around you. Eduardo helped with reservations which was super helpful. Things to note.... there's no filtered water at the condo so stock up before. Also, plenty of pots/pans but be sure to get the cooking basics (salt, olive oil, etc).

Maura Lizbeth was very responsive... read more and easy to work with. The concierge, Eduardo, was wonderful and helped with all the arrangements and needs we had before and during our stay. Unit is very clean and nice, just like photos. The service road can be a little noisy in the weekday mornings but otherwise pretty quiet. We loved our stay in Punta Mita as always!
